If I could rate this place less than 1 star, I would. Jeff Sommers will lie & tell you what you want to hear & then do the exact opposite. I had asked him to remove some charges from my purchase. He state they would. They then hid them in the documents, glossed over them while signing as if it was normal procedure. When I complained, he gave me a written document stating he would refund the charges once I had my account number. I gave him my account number he confirmed he would refund the charges & that it would take a little time. He even called me stating he talked to finance & the credit was issued. He confirmed in writing they credit was being issued. IT NEVER WAS! I have emailed him nearly every week for over 10 weeks. I've only gotten a couple emails from him stating he was looking into it. I've copied the General Manager Gil on every email. Gil finally responded saying he would get back to me. HE NEVER DID! Instead they blocked my emails now as spam. The credit has never been issued even though I have written documentation that I'm owed it. The sales teams was extremely pushy, the whole sale felt very bait & switch. The has been the worst car buying experience ever! DO NOT BUY FROM RUSS DARROW!!! Save yourself the hassle. GO ELSEWHERE!

Melissa was really helpful with my first time financing senile. She had the car ready when I arrived. It was a car that was hot at the time so I appreciate them holding it while I drove in. The car was exactly what I seen online so that’s always a great sign. The finance team was also able to help me acquire tier 1 financing from the lender, not to mention the car was already priced aggressively low, so it made everything feel like I left with a win and so did the dealership. Finance was very knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions as a first time buyer. For my first car buying experience, I would give them a solid 9.5/10. The only cons I’d say are the long waits (which i assume is at every dealership), and that the car was a bit dirty even after Melissa requested it be cleaned. But all of the pros outweigh those few things and I’d buy my next car from this team. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable dealership and a good deal… shop here!

Everyone was amazing at Russ Darrow! Joe was friendly and accommodating, Gil helped us get an amazing deal with a car we wanted, Shawna was friendly and knowledgeable and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was good, Jaden showed me all the features before I drove off. They even picked me up from another dealership after I turned in my old lease for this new vehicle! Love my Sportage Hybrid!
