I purchased my new vehicle last week and definitely did not walk into the dealership with plans on purchasing that day. I worked with Gregg as I decided which vehicle was the right one for me and never felt pressured or rushed by him and really felt like I had someone in my corner as we navigated the purchase process. I ended up closing the store after all the financing was said and done so had a few things left to be addressed at a different time. I went back to the dealership a few days later and had a wonderful experience working with the GM Gill on the other things I needed to complete. I look forward to returning for my 6 included free oil changes for all the great company and good snacks! 100% recommend these guys.

My husband and I recently bought a new car from them. Kenneth and Wyatt were absolutely amazing, very respectful, handled all the paperwork and helped keep it in our budget and we were out the door with a new car in just a small bit of time. What started as a great experience quickly became extremely frustrating and disappointing due to a serious lack of follow-through and customer service after the sale. I purchased a very low-mileage 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. My salesperson, Ozvaldo (“Oz”), was excellent throughout the purchasing process—until the paperwork was signed. After the sale, I sent multiple texts regarding the second key fob for my vehicle and a small repair that needed to be addressed. Unfortunately, my messages went unanswered. No response. No follow-up. I was simply ignored. Regarding the repair, I want to specifically recognize Ron, the Collision Center Manager, for doing everything he could to help. Ron contacted the Sales Manager, Justin, on Friday, August 7, to obtain approval for the repair. Despite multiple attempts, there was no response or approval. I personally made multiple visits to the dealership and made several calls attempting to speak with Justin. My calls were not returned, and neither Ron nor I could get a response. After several frustrating days, I was finally able to speak with Grant, a lead in the Service Department, on Tuesday, August 11, after he returned from being ill. Grant took ownership of the situation and accomplished in approximately five minutes what I had been trying to get resolved for days. He obtained the necessary approval, communicated it to Ron and Amber in the Collision Center, and they promptly scheduled and completed the repair. A HUGE thank you to Grant and Ron for stepping up and taking care of me—even though this situation was not their responsibility to resolve. Their willingness to help and actually follow through is the kind of customer service I expected from the dealership in the first place. Unfortunately, my overall experience has left me extremely disappointed. The biggest issue was not the repair itself—it was the complete lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability after the sale. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, my strong recommendation is to get absolutely everything in writing and make sure every promised item is completed BEFORE signing the paperwork. Once the sale was completed, getting responses to basic customer service requests became unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The vehicle itself has been great, but the post-sale customer service experience has been a significant disappointment. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because customers should not have to make multiple calls, visits, and follow-ups just to get a response about something that was already discussed and expected to be taken care of. Again, thank you to Grant and Ron Kaebisch for ultimately doing the right thing and taking care of a customer when others would not.

We test drove the car...and actually had no issues w/ it..... My main question was....is this car CPO...(Certified Pre-Owned) ...Basically meaning if CPO'd I will get the remainder of the warranty.....like if I was the original owner.. I asked if that was the case before I drove up and I was assured it was. The problem started when the used sales manager got involved. Typical stereotype of a used car salesman applies to him. I asked for the Carfax...which I was given...and when I looked at it....I made a comment to my wife....oh look...this car was manufactured in Canada....Newfoundland to be exact....I looked up and asked the Sales Manager again....is this CPO'd....and I was assured again it was.... Long story short....He said this car has a lot of interest...u should act now.....I explained that I had trade-ins..well....put $1K down and we will hold the car for 24 hrs.....and finish the deal tomorrow. He then asked what attracted us to this car...and I explained that I had test driven the Telluride before....and when we saw this one w/ low miles.....we drove up... All of sudden...his attitude changed and he said I can't hold it for u.....if you want....u need to buy it now....or I will have to sell it to someone else... I got up and left....... To me this showed me his integrity was skewed. I ended not buying the car for two reasons: 1.) Turns out u can't CPO a car from Canada. 2.) I didn't like his B.S....and I didn't want him to win. We did end up buying a Telluride at another dealer...And they have earned our business for further car purchases. If I could have given a 0 star rating I would.

Caleb is the best service representative I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. He is helpful, kind and memorable. He has made this dealership my main service center even though I don't own a Kia. He has followed up on upcoming appointments for my vehicle, left a detailed voicemail when I was unable to answer the phone (which is greatly appreciated) and has answered many of my questions and even messaged me about them later when he didn'thave an answer at the time. Overall, just a great guy!

I walked in with a whole bunch of questions about different models for Carnival Hybrid on Friday, Jeff, I believe he is the Sales Manger, was able to answer my questions and initially worked with me to get me the car that I wanted. They did not have the exact color at their dealership so they found one for me from a different dealership and promised me to get it on Monday by the latest. Then Jeff, hooked me up with Jabbar the Product Specialist. Jabbar is the best. I believe he worked with the other dealership to get the car and he was in touch with me all the time personally. He let me know all the updates and to my surprise they were able to get me the Car the next day. Throughout the process, Jabbar was always in touch with me, texting me updates as it happened. He is very humble, respectful and most importantly honest and responsive. He even dropped me off at my place afterwards. So far, our experience has been great, hoping the rest of the time stays same with Service and everything else. I highly recommend Jeff, Jabbar and team for Waukesha and surrounding area.

Etching and some kind of clear protection for $2500 is some kind of scam. The car sold itself, any other car I would have told them I don't want that crap.

We had been talking about buying a new van for years, and our experience with Riley and the team at Russ Darrow Kia exceeded all expectations. We reached out around 3:00 PM on a Saturday, and Riley quickly worked with us to provide a fair price on both the new van and our trade-in. Since we live about an hour away, we couldn't arrive until around 5:00 PM, right when the dealership was closing. Despite that, Riley and his team stayed late to help us complete all the paperwork and drive home with our new vehicle that same day. What stood out most was that Riley respected our wishes throughout the entire process. He was honest, professional, and kept his word. There were no surprise fees, last-minute add-ons, or pressure tactics—just straightforward communication and a fair deal from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Riley and his team truly went above and beyond for us. We will absolutely recommend them to friends and family, and we will definitely return to Russ Darrow Kia for future vehicle purchases.

Engine cover was not replaced properly. Hanging loose on front end needs to be fixed. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change. Seems like a long time for an appointment for an oil change.

We worked with Riley to find a new vehicle over a few weekends. He was great to work with and helped us find the perfect minivan. He even offered to bring a vehicle from a Milwaukee Russ Darrow location so we didn't have to drive as far to view it.

Kenney did his best to work with me and my trade in vehicle and helped me get a brand new car with a reasonable price for me . Great communication and even better customer service

Brought car in for estimate on damage. Asked service guy who didn't have any information. Repairs were totalling 2000. No papers were given to me. Just a two sentence text message about it. Asked when I picked up the car for a call from manager and have yet to receive one
