I recently purchased a Mazda CX 9 from this dealership. The sales team was very friendly and took the time to walk through the details of the vehicle history and maintenance. When we were finishing the paperwork, I noticed that armrest box had a loose door. In addition, it was a very cold night and the retailers had left for the day. So they offered an appointment to get both the part fixed and the car detailed. I would definitely purchase a car from this dealership again.

Skylar in service was amazing. Purchased a vehicle 4 months ago from the Russ Darrow in Greenfield, and the check engine light started going on and off about 4 weeks ago. We took it to the Waukesha location because they are closer to home. She did everything humanly possible to help get the car in and figure out the problem. It's an intermittent problem that kept disappearing. They were so flexible and helpful. Highly recommend them.
