Great sales team! The car buying process is tedious, time consuming, and can be overwhelming. I worked with several people throughout the process trying to find the right vehicle. I'm a tactile shopper and need to test drive. I'm a busy nurse/mom with a chaotic schedule. I had an appointment to look at a different vehicle but it was not ready to drive so Lea worked with me to get something else within my price range. We had been talking about buying a new van for years, and our experience with Riley and the team at Russ Darrow Kia exceeded all expectations.
We reached out around 3:00 PM on a Saturday, and Riley quickly worked with us to provide a fair price on both the new van and our trade-in. Since we live about an hour away, we couldn't arrive until around 5:00 PM, right when the dealership was closing. The buying experience wasn't great. The finance guy made references to my income and how I should be able to spend more in front of my daughter. Jeff promised me a spare key for the vehicle. I had to follow up with him a minimum of 5x to get the spare. It took 5 weeks.
